NOTE: If you would like to make an envelope pillow cover, so it can be removed from your pillow form:  Measure the dimensions of your pillow. To determine the size rectangle you will need, add 1 inch to the height of the pillow for the seam allowance and multiply the length by 2, then add 6 inches. (For example, an 18" pillow form would require a 19x42 inch rectangle.)
