Pay-Off
After running the Goofy Challenge in January and the Surf City Marathon in February, Kelly and I decided to try and improve our overall time for a down-hill half marathon. We've been doing distance and pace training for about 4 months and today, we put our training to the test in the AF Canyon Half Marathon.
Our chip time was 2 hours, 8 minutes and 7 seconds...
We beat our previous time by more than 9 minutes!

NINE MINUTES? That is so much of an improvement! I can't keep track of your races...you amaze me with how much you're training and running all of the time.
