Funny Ethan

Sunday night my kids went to bed late- it was after ten when I finally tucked them in. For Ethan, I had tucked him in three times. Things finally seemed quiet and I was standing at the kitchen table trying to decide if I should join the conversation with Angela, Micah, Nathan and Kelly OR get a game started when Ethan came downstairs again. "What do you need Ethan," I asked pretty fiercely. "I'm thirsty," he mumbled. Then he went to the sink, filled his glass, grabbed his straw and sat at the table to drink his water. He didn't talk. He didn't look at anyone. He just sat at the table, ignoring the five adults in the room, while he satisfied his thirst. I found the whole thing comical and grabbed my camera:
