did you know I have five kids?

I was thinking earlier, as I wrote again about that funny, happy, active little boy that I adore... I have four other kids. Have I mentioned them on my blog? Do people reading this believe I have five kids or do they think I just have Ethan who keeps me as busy as having five kids?! Ethan is home with me all day and simply demands more time than my other children (and often he demands what should be the other children's time!) so I talk about him often. But I don't want my other children to think I don't have things to say about them! I scanned my entries and sure enough, I am missing one! Kate had a birthday and a piano recital. Soren built the coolest science lab out of legos and of course we'll never forget when he called 911! Emily is here often as our resident drama queen. But Megan is unrepresented. So this blog is dedicated to Megan, my second born, the mother hen, our best helper, and an all around great girl!
She and I have our differences (even at 7, they often involve clothing choices!) but I can't imagine our family without her!
Megan is a loyal friend.
Megan has a very tender heart- for example, she cried for a good 15 minutes when Superman was sent away by his parents to save his life!
Megan loves to make people laugh. She is super silly and can get the best belly laugh out of Ethan!
Megan has worked hard to become a great reader.
Megan has a sweet and sincere testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I love you Megan! I am so glad you are a part of our big and crazy family!!

Megan is such a kooky, cutie. I have noticed that she hasn't been represented on your blog yet, but really...you have 5 kids and that's a lot of work and crazyness to sift through in the brief moments you have time to blog, so it's entirely understandable. I think you just made up for it perfectly.
Nice tribute, Jenn. You forgot to mention that she's gorgeous! You're going to have lots of boys hanging around her!
What a sweet tribute. You ought to make a scrapbook page for her using that as journaling, in case she never gets to read it on your blog. That would be an awesome thing to read now and look back on when she is older. What a beauty, too.
Your family is so adorable. Actually I can't believe you have five kids because it does seem like one can take up as much time as five. Plus you have so much else going on. How do you do it? Its like I have no right to complain.
How absolutely sweet! I can't believe how fast she has grown. What a beautiful young lady!!
Very nice tribute to Megan. It made me happy to see her picture and hear you talk so fondly of her.
