alive.

Thanks to all of you who have asked where I am and how I am doing. I am alive. That's about all the good I have to say right now. If I wanted to take the time to vent I would tell you how much I miss my craft room (it is packed up and in a storage unit), how much I hate this process of trying to get a house ready to sell and not knowing where to find a new house, how much I hate summer and having kids home all day to fight and yell at me... but I don't have time to vent because I have a Primary that lost 3 teachers and a pianist last Sunday, I have sharing time tomorrow, I have 7 loads of laundry that are just getting started and I'm still working on my house with all five kids home and Kelly leaving for an Elder's Quorum social.

note: For those of you who know me and wondered why, of all SPT challenges, I didn't post an Americana SPT- it was on purpose! My all time favorite decoration- red, white and blue bunting for my front porch- is missing. I can't find it anywhere. ****.

No craft room, and now your bunting is missing?!? Oh, no! I'm sure it's a neigborhood fixture that everyone will miss. Maybe in your packing you'll run into it eventually. I hope so. Anyway, I'm glad that you checked in.

Glad to hear from you even if life is stressful right now. I was hoping you were okay and just busy.

NO!!! Your bunting can't be missing! I love it too... I was really wondering why you were absent from an spt that seemed custom-made for you, what a sad reason.

I can't stand that your studio is all packed up. Jill told me that you were doing that and it just seems wrong. To me it would be a selling point for the house! How sad to have all your happy things in boxes. I hope the house sells quickly so you can unpack it all again!

I'm so distressed about you having to pack up your craft room, how are you supposed to function properly without it? Seriously.

I'm sorry summer vacation is already so rough for you, but hopefully your house will sell quickly and you'll find a bigger place that will make all this pain worth it!

The bunting is missing, oh my!

I'm so glad to hear you're alive!! I feel so out of the loop of your life. Ok, that's it, I'm dropping everything and calling you right now!

Luckily we don't 'need' to move but I have been heard many times saying "I NEVER want to sell another house!" It really is torture. I hope it happens quickly. Didn't you already find the perfect house?

I love your Americana stuff. I hope you come across it soon.

I had no idea you were moving. I would be totally depressed about having all my stuff packed up, but just keeping thinking of all the treasures you will find when you unpack it.

I'm sorry about your decorations. I was expecting something major from you since I know how much you love this holiday, but it does seem dire for sure with your favorite stuff missing.

I have been out of the blogging loop for so long but I just got semi-caught up on yours. Whew! I always love your posts, they are grounded, amusing and real. You make me laugh. I was just in UT for 10 days and kept thinking that I needed to look up your address and drive by your place to enjoy your front porch, how distressing for you not to be able to find your bunting. Good luck with that search.
