Busy with a capital B

In my defense- my life and my brain have been really busy. In addition to still trying to sell our house and keep it clean for showing, I am working on a Relief Society Lesson, I prepared a card making/scrapbooking class for 20 Young Women which was canceled because of the snow storm on Wednesday night, I have been trying to do better at my exercise goal and stay ahead of my reading goal. We have had violin, dance, choir, basketball, art, scouts, book club, two birthdays, four SEP's (parent-teacher conferences), Kate's Science Fair (50% of her science grade), class reading parties for the read-a-thon, World Wide Training, a Primary Quarterly Activity, a funeral for the prophet, a Ward Valentine Dance, and a holiday which meant four sets of Valentine's with treats and cookie decorating supplies...
Except for my missing posts- I am ready for February to be over! But I still have to get through Kate, Kelly and Ben's birthdays, A.L.L. testing for Megan, more violin, more art, more choir, more basketball, more dance, more reading nights, the district Science Fair (apparently we did a really good job), the Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet (which is at the same time as the science fair!), a 1st grade donut date, a Fairy Tale Friday, Stake Enrichment and I have to actually teach the lesson that I spend so much time thinking about!
This turned into a bit of a rant- it wasn't supposed to. I do, however, want to look back and know why I didn't post until the 15th of February!! And it is because I really am busy.

You're supposed to be less busy now that you're not the Primary President anymore! What in the world?
Aren't any of these things optional? The Ward Valentine's Dance really?
Good luck with all of this, it makes me want to scream and then run for cover.
I can only imagine how busy you are. Kudos to you for even getting a post in this month.
It's interesting when you think, I'll be less busy because I don't have ABC to worry about anymore, but you find you're just as busy as before. I guess our busyness just shifts to something else. Bummer.
Sheesh, Jenn. Like Jill, it makes me want to scream and run for cover. How do you do it all?
And to think I just sleep in, work out, shower, and go to work (for endless hours). My day is WAY easier than yours.
Why do I want kids?
Wow, you are making my head spin, and I thought I stay busy! You definitely have good reason not to be blogging!
I will never know how you do it all. You are good to not start cutting things out. I tend to simplify to the point of nonexistent.
Good luck with the rest of your February.
wow that is a lot of stuff going on.
and seriously, 50% of a grade? NUTS!
holy smokes!! it is kind of scary when you write it all down.
and i hope you give yourself a pat on the back for finding time to do it all!
You're ALWAYS busy! Do you ever get down time? Geesh!
(Hey, I found out your address and snuck on!)

Winter time always seems to be so busy. I long for the lazy days of summer. Its not that there are less things to do in the summer, but it is easier to just let some things go for a little longer.
I really have no idea how you do it. I only have three kids and the younger two aren't in an extracurricular activities yet! Do you have some kind of organizational system? I would love to know how you keep it all straight, seriously. Color-coded calendar? Please tell.
Hope you are getting some time for you in there somewhere!!!
