He's where?
My dad is in the hospital. Apparently he hurt his side last week and at 3am yesterday morning, he decided that he needed to go to the Emergency Room. In the last 36 hours they seem to have found more problems than answers. This is one of those times it is so hard to be far away!
My dad hasn't felt well since Christmas so we are hoping the doctors find some answers soon and get him feeling better. Until then- we wait. And waiting is hard, especially from far away.
If I could jump on a plane and go to Texas, I would.
If I could give my dad a big hug, I would.
If I could clean my mom's house, I would.
But I can't. I just have to wait.
It is so frustrating, but it's all I can do- wait. And pray.
So, I'm waiting for answers, for good news and for my dad to go home.
I love you Dad- get better!!

Oh Jenn, I'm so sorry. Aren't you already booked to go soon?
Hang in there. And if you need a hug, I'll be right over.
I hope he's ok! It is so hard to be far away--especially for a nurturer like you. Good thing we have our therapy session this week if you need to talk.
Hope he finds out what is going on so he can get better.
I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. Hopefully there is good news soon. Hang in there!
I'm about to jump on a plane to Texas (from Denver) to give Dad a big hug and clean Mom's house. I hope you recognize that I am rubbing it in... :) Love you!
How frustrating! To be far away, and to not know what the problem is. At least Angela can go and clean and hug in your stead. I hope your dad is feeling better soon!
I hope he's okay.
