SPT- Special Edition

Deep in the American countryside,

the little town of Miller's Hollow
has recently been infiltrated by...

werewolves!!

Now, I can't say that I am a big reader of werewolf books, though I wish Christine lots of luck with her first novel, Claire de Lune, that came out today. I do however play a werewolf game, so that is my contribution to today's werewolf blogging buzz, in honor of Christine's new book.

We were introduced to this game by friends and it soon became a neighborhood phenomena- 20 adults would gather on Saturday nights at our friend's house to play and eat dessert and basically LIE our way into hysterics. You'd then show up to church on Sunday morning with a bit of the evil eye watching out for those who betrayed you the night before.

I was personally accused of offering someone's child to the wolves. Of course, that is not quite how I remember it.

Now we play as a family- it is Ethan's favorite game and you'd be surprised how good he is at keeping his identity secret. And you'd better watch out because he is a very sly werewolf!

I'm really really bad at lying games unless you write stuff down, like fake definitions on Balderdash...you know?

Sounds intriguing though, I must know more!

My favorite was when Ethan turned Kristy in as a werewolf when they were werewolves together. HILARIOUS! I love that kid.

I've never heard of that game. You guys are the gaming kings! It cracks me up to think of Ethan participating and being so good at it, too.
