I am so amazed and happy and relieved and excited to say:
We are under contract!!!

This sweet couple loves our house as much as we do and accepted a counter-offer this afternoon. We signed papers tonight and it is now official! If all the inspections and loans work out- we will be moving out on September 26th!Now, we have to find somewhere to go! Yikes!
