SPT- Election Day 2007
What a great way to start the day!
It is such a wonderful blessing to be able to vote for our leaders and the laws that we will live by. To show my gratitude for this blessing- I showed up at my school this morning and cast my ballot. We only had one referendum and three city council positions on our ballot this year, but I know my vote was important.
{It isn't my best SPT picture but I had to take it quickly- the workers thought it was so great that I was challenged to take this picture but very leary about having anyone using the booths while I was taking the photo. I snapped this one quickly while they were checking in the next voter.}

great shot! i didn't have the guts to take my camera out of my purse while i was inside. i snuck a photo in the parking lot...
Awesome Jenn! I didn't even take my camera in- there were a ton of people and I knew it wouldn't be okay. So one in the parking lot will have to suffice! Now to post...
i thought about that but i left my camera home in the rush to get out of the house.

I ended up taking my picture outside by a voting sign because I feared I would start some privacy controversy if I took one in with the ballots. Phew.
I had the same experience at the polls! And my photo turned out weird. Oh well.

Good for you! I vote by absentee ballot, so I never get to go to the polls.
